Our closest and most intimate relationships can often be our most challenging. In couples therapy with Liz, you can safely and effectively explore your relationship with your partner. During this exploration, you will be supported to truly discover you and your partner’s most authentic selves and learn to support and appreciate this in one another. Through this respectful and compassionate lens of therapy, you can uncover one another’s needs and how to best meet them. You will also receive tools to learn to navigate conflict in a productive, loving way and how to move forward with your partner rather than feeling stuck.
Liz utilizes evidenced based treatments including EFT, Gottman, ACT, DBT, and trauma informed treatment to provide education, resources, and experiential practice in sessions so that you can begin using these skills with confidence between meetings.
