Are you struggling in your relationships or finding it difficult to communicate in a way in which you feel heard by those in your life? Are you suffering with anxiety and stress? Are you longing to improve your self-confidence? Are you hoping to heal your relationship with food and your body? Are you trying to heal from a past trauma and aren't sure where to start? If you are struggling right now, there is absolutely hope for a better tomorrow and a life that is full of freedom, peace, and fulfillment.
I genuinely believe that finding the right-fit therapist is imperative in the therapeutic process. I place a large focus on developing the therapeutic relationship as I believe that healing happens through relationships that are respectful, compassionate, vulnerable, and accepting of you as a whole, authentic person. I support individuals in learning to trust themselves and the wisdom of their bodies to live an expansive and joyful life aligned with their values.
